Hello and welcome!! Today I am sharing a card that I made with the exclusive Spellbinders April BetterPress Society Press Plate and a past 3D Embossing Folder of the Month called Balloons and Banners. The Spellbinders BetterPress Society is only available through certain retailers and the subscription runs for six months. The Society Plates so far have been awesome and is something that is worth checking out if you enjoy creating with press plates.

I had never used the Spellbinders Balloons & Banners 3D Embossing Folder of the Month (May 2023) before even though I had received it a long time go through my Club of the Month subscription with Spellbinders. I loved the detail that the embossing folder gave to the background of my finished card. The card size is 5″x7″.

Using various shades of Altenew’s blue ink pads gave the background an ombre effect.

Similar blue inks plus Altenew’s Sunray Ink Pad and Pinkfresh Studio’s Warm Buff Ink Pad were used with the registration plate to apply different colours to the press plates. This card was very easy to create and I loved how it turned out.
